Due to the physical nature of the game of netball or just over enthusiasm in some cases!?! there is the potential for injury.
This obviously is not a good thing as it prevents you from playing the sport that you love so rather than focus on rehabilitation AFTER an injury we would rather look at doing our best to PREVENT an injury.
On this page we hope to provide information and contact details of people that can help you to understand how important it is to be aware of how your body reacts to different movements.
We will also try to put on details of people who may be able to help you if the worst happens and you do get injured.
If you or anyone you know are a professional in this field and would like to have your details on our website please contact Donna McLeod or Karen Moore for further information.
