Saracens U/16's squad travelled to Norwich May 4 to May 6th to compete in the National U/16 clubs competition. Team coach, Karen Moore, would like to thank Flying Sound for their sponsorship of the hoodies, Sadie Lewis for the towel donations (which came in handy), all the parents for their support with scoring, timekeeping and general support to the players and coach over the weekend and to Lois Brown for her patience not being on the court but completing all the stats for Karen. Finished 12th.
From left to right: Lois Brown, Corah Lewis, Laura Smith, Ella Blizard, Guy Lewis, Hannah Brotherwood, Ellie Moore, Charly Collins, Katy Bastock, Frannie Taylor and Emily Humfress. Most Improved player of the Tournament - Katy Bastock, worked well centre court and rose to the challenge in the three positions she played.

Back To Netball
As a club we know that netball should be played by all ages and abilities. We have lots of coaching and teams that are accessible to the younger and fitter amongst us but we also recognise that there are older 'girls' out there who may wish to rekindle their love for the sport. Maybe families, work commitments etc have got in the way.................. Well now's the time ladies to shake out your skort, track down your trainers and join us for exercise and lots of fun and come Back To Netball.
Due to the success of the taster session we have decided to make it a regular fixture: When: Tuesday's Where: Tudor Grange Academy (in the Sports Hall - access around the back) Time: 7.30pm - 9.00pm Cost: £5.00 per session payable on the night
More new faces last Tuesday and everyone is STILL smiling!! If you would like to join us please email your name and contact details to Donna McLeod.
We are a Netball Club based in Worcester, currently running teams from Under 9 through to Seniors. We have teams competing in the West Midlands Regional League, Worcester City Netball League, Dudley Netball League and the Kidderminster Netball League.
In 2006/7 we gained a Bronze CAPS award from England Netball and in June 2011 we were the first club in Worcestershire to get the Silver CAPS award! We have already started working towards the gold.
Our aim is to help our players fulfill their potential through good coaching and playing competitive netball, enabling them to play at the highest level possible in the best possible manner, whilst also helping us as a club to achieve our aim of playing at the top level of netball in England.
We currently have players in U14 and U16 County Academies, U17 Regional Academies, NTL and now ENGLAND U19's!
